Trade Bank Purchase Documents. Means those agreements, instruments and documents set forth on Schedule F attached hereto relative to the purchase by the Trade Bank of certain 5 accounts and payments from Peregrine, as the same are amended hereby and as they may hereafter be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
