Trade Product

Trade Product. Means the following Products: (a) VerticalNet Auction; (b) VerticalNet Structured Negotiation; (c) VerticalNet RFP/RFQ; (d) VerticalNet Exchange; (e) VerticalNet Catalogs; and (f) all other generally-available Products that enable buyers and sellers to transact through an electronic marketplace or exchange. Separately identified modules will only be considered Trade Products when used in conjunction with Trade Products.
