Example Definitions of "Trade Secret"
Trade Secret. Shall have the meaning as set forth in the Georgia Uniform Trade Secrets Act, O.C.G.A. ยง 10-1-760 et seq., and shall include, but not be limited to, any method, program or compilation of information which is used in the Business, including but not limited to (i) techniques, plans and materials used by the Company, (ii) marketing methods and strategies employed by the Company, and (iii) all lists of past, present or prospective patients, customers, referral sources and suppliers of the Company.
Trade Secret. That meaning set forth under applicable law.
Trade Secret. The term "Trade Secret" has that meaning set forth under applicable law.
Trade Secret. The same as defined by the Florida Uniform Trade Secrets Act, or equivalent statute, as amended from time to time, and generally means any information that is not generally known, has independent economic value by reason of not being widely known, and as to which the Company takes reasonable precautions to protect its secrecy.

Trade Secret. Information that: is used or intended for use in a trade or business; is included or embodied in a formula, pattern, compilation, computer software, drawing, device, method, technique or process; is not publicly known and is not generally known in the trade or business of the Company; cannot be readily ascertained or derived from publicly available information; and has significant economic value
