Trademark Agreement. This Trademark Collateral Assignment Agreement, as amended and in effect from time to time.
Trademark Agreement. The Trademark License Agreement of even date herewith by and between Biomatrix and Wyeth as the same may be amended, supplemented, modified or restated and as in effect from time to time, and any replacement Trademark License Agreement by and between Biomatrix and Wyeth.
