Trademark Licenses

Trademark Licenses. Collectively, each agreement, whether written or oral, providing for the grant by or to any Grantor of any right to use any Trademark.

Trademark Licenses. All licenses, contracts or other agreements, whether written or oral, now owned by a Grantor, naming a Grantor as licensor or licensee and providing for the grant of any right concerning any Trademark, together with any goodwill connected with and symbolized by any such trademark licenses, contracts or agreements (including, without limitation, all Trademark Licenses described in Schedule II hereto).

Trademark Licenses. Means, collectively, each agreement, whether written or oral, providing for the grant by or to any Grantor of any right to use any Trademark, including any of the foregoing referred to in Schedule 5.

Trademark Licenses. Any and all agreements providing for the granting of any right in or to Trademarks (whether Grantor is licensee or licensor thereunder) including those referred to on Schedule I hereto

Shall mean any and all agreements, licenses and covenants providing for the granting of any right in or to Trademarks or otherwise providing for a covenant not to sue or permitting co-existence (whether the Debtor is licensee or licensor thereunder) including, without limitation, each agreement referred to in Schedule C.
