Trademark Security Agreement

Trademark Security Agreement. Means each Trademark Security Agreement executed and delivered by Grantors, or any of them, and Agent, in substantially the form of Exhibit D

Trademark Security Agreement. Means any Trademark Security Agreement executed and delivered by any Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit B to this Agreement, as amended, supplemented, amended and restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

Trademark Security Agreement. Means each Trademark Security Agreement among Grantors, or any of them, and Agent, for the benefit of the Lender Group and the Bank Product Providers, in substantially the form of Exhibit D attached hereto, pursuant to which Grantors have granted to Agent, for the benefit of the Lender Group and the Bank Product Providers, a security interest in all their respective Trademarks

Trademark Security Agreement. Each Trademark Security Agreement among Grantors and Secured Parties in substantially the form of Exhibit C attached hereto, pursuant to which Grantors have granted to each Secured Party a security interest in all their respective Trademarks

Trademark Security Agreement. This Trademark Collateral Security and Pledge Agreement, as amended and in effect from time to time.

Trademark Security Agreement. Means each Trademark Security Agreement among Grantors, or any of them, and Agent, for the benefit of the Lender Group, in substantially the form of Exhibit D attached hereto.

Trademark Security Agreement. Means each Trademark Security Agreement among Grantors in favor of the Collateral Agent in substantially the form of Exhibit C attached hereto, pursuant to which Grantors have granted to the Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, a security interest in all their respective Trademarks
