Trading Day. Means (a) a day on which the Common Stock is traded on the OTC Bulletin Board or a registered national stock exchange, or (b) if the Common Stock is not traded on the OTC Bulletin Board or a registered national stock exchange, a day on which the Common Stock is quoted in the over-the-counter market as reported by Pink OTC Markets Inc.
