Trailing Average Fair Market Value. Means the average of the closing trading prices of a share of Common Stock on the principal exchange on which such shares are then traded during the twenty consecutive trading days ending on the Valuation Date (or ending on the last trading day preceding the Valuation Date if the Valuation Date does not fall on a trading day).
