Tranche A Term Commitment. The "Tranche A Term Commitment" of each Tranche A Term Lender will be such Tranche A Term Lender's allocated amount (not exceeding any commitment offered by such Tranche A Term Lender) as notified by the Joint Lead Arranger to such Tranche A Term Lender on or prior to the Ninth Amendment Effective Date.
