Tranche Shares
Tranche Shares. Means in consideration for each Purchase Notice and upon Closings of such Purchase Notices, the Company will issue the Investor additional shares of restricted common stock with no registration rights. Each Tranche Share issuance will be calculated by 10% of each Purchase Notice dollar amount divided by the Purchase Price.
