Transaction Document. Each "Transaction Document" (as defined in the Repurchase Agreement) other than this Guaranty.

Transaction Document. Has the meaning provided for in the SPA, provided, however, for purposes of this Agreement, upon the indefeasible repayment in full, in cash, of the Debentures and all obligations owing thereunder, such term shall thereafter not include the Warrant.
