Transaction Obligations

Transaction Obligations. Means each and every covenant ----------------------- and obligation of Tenant to Landlord created in or arising under the Sublease and each of the other Transaction Documents, including, but not limited to, the payment of all rent, property taxes, insurance premiums, amounts owing under any indemnities, and any and all other charges or sums, or any portion thereof, to accrue or become due from Tenant to Landlord pursuant to the terms of the Sublease.
