Transaction Termination Date

Transaction Termination Date. The date which is the earliest of (i) unless the Transaction shall have commenced on or before February 15, 2010, (ii) the date when the Transaction is withdrawn or terminated in whole or in part or (iii) the date that the Borrower has been advised that the Transaction will not proceed.
