Transfer Agent

Transfer Agent. Computershare, Inc., the current transfer agent of the Company, located at 462 South 4th Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40202, and any successor transfer agent of the Company.

Transfer Agent. Means Empire Stock Transfer, the current transfer agent of the Company and any successor transfer agent of the Company

Transfer Agent. Transhare Corporation, Bayside Center 1, 17755 North US Highway 19, Suite 140, Clearwater, FL 33764, or such other Person who is then serving as the transfer agent for the Company in respect of the Common Stock.

Transfer Agent. VStock Transfer, the planned transfer agent of the Company and any successor transfer agent of the Company

Transfer Agent. Means initially, the Corporation, which will be serving as its own transfer agent for the Series B Preferred Stock, but at the option of the Corporation from time to time, may also mean any transfer agent which the Corporation may use for its Series B Preferred Stock.

Transfer Agent. Means Colonial Stock Transfer Company, Inc., the current transfer agent of the Company, with a mailing address of 66 Exchange Place, 1st Floor, Salt Lake City, UT 84111 and a telephone number of 801-355-5740, and any successor transfer agent of the Company.

Transfer Agent. Means American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the Company's transfer agent for the Common Stock (or any successor transfer agent the Company may engage), and the Company or its designee, with respect to the Warrants.

Transfer Agent. Means Issuer Direct Corporation, the Company's transfer agent and registrar for the Common Stock, and any successor appointed in such capacity.

Transfer Agent. Means West Coast Stock Transfer, Inc., or any other successor Person appointed to act in the capacity of transfer agent of the Company.

Transfer Agent. Standard Registrar & Transfer Co., Inc., or such other Person who is then serving as the transfer agent for the Company in respect of the Common Stock.
