TRANSFER DATE EMPLOYEES

TRANSFER DATE EMPLOYEES. Shall mean those persons who are employees of Seller as of the Transfer Date and who, at such time, devote at least 80% of their work time to the Business in any one or more of the following areas: (a) manufacturing; (b) service; (c) manufacturing engineering; (d) customer service; (e) finance; (f) quality assurance and (g) regulatory affairs.
