Transfer Documents. Means the irrevocable instructions from the Company to the Transfer Agent instructing the Transfer Agent to deliver, on an expedited basis, a book-entry confirmation evidencing a number of Purchase Shares as set forth opposite the Investor's name in Schedule One hereto, and other documents required by the Transfer Agent to effect the issuance of Purchase Shares to the Investor in book entry form.
