Transfer

Transfer. Any sale, gift, assignment, distribution, conveyance, pledge, hypothecation, encumbrance, or other transfer of title, whether by operation of law or otherwise.

Transfer. The transfer of the Property from the Seller to the Buyer in the form of the draft annexed to this contract as Annexure 2;
