Transfer. With respect to any item, to sell, assign, transfer, encumber, or dispose of such item, voluntarily or involuntarily, including (without limitation) by sale, gift, granting an option to purchase, security interest, pledge, collateral assignment, bequest, or operation of law.
Transfer. Such person directly or indirectly (i) sells, pledges, encumbers, assigns, grants an option with respect to, transfers or disposes of such Company Security or any interest in such Company Security, or (ii) enters into a Contract providing for the sale of, pledge of, encumbrance of, assignment of, grant of an option with respect to, transfer of or disposition of such Company Security or any interest therein.
Transfer.
