Transition Completion Date

Transition Completion Date. Either the Company, at its sole discretion and for any reason, or Executive, at his sole discretion and for any reason, may at any time (the "Transition Completion Date"), terminate upon written notice the full-time employment of Executive as Chairman of the Board.
