Transition Period

Example Definitions of "Transition Period"
Transition Period. The period from March 18 2016 to March 18 2017.
Transition Period. Means "Transition Period" means the period beginning with the Effective Date and ending as of the earlier of: (i) the date of the first annual meeting of stockholders of the Company at which directors are to be elected that occurs after the close of the 12 month period following the Registration Date, (ii) the expiration of the Plan, or (iii) the expiration of the applicable transition period under Treasury Regulation Section 1.162-27(f)(4)(iii).
Transition Period. The period commencing on the effective date of the Change in Control and ending on the date that is one year thereafter.
