Example Definitions of "Transition Termination"
Transition Termination. A termination of employment by Executive no less than one year after the IPO, and no more than two years after the IPO, and following a determination by the Board (or its delegate) that Executive has satisfactorily fulfilled his obligations to the Company, as agreed-to between the Executive and the Board.
Transition Termination. A termination of employment by Executive no less than six months after any termination by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and following a determination by the Board (or its delegate) that Executive has satisfactorily fulfilled Executive's obligations to the Company, as agreed to between Executive and the Board.
