Transitional Employment Agreement. Agreements with and plans maintained by FOBB with respect to which Executive is a party or a participant, in each case as in effect on the day immediately prior to the Merger, and, with respect to periods on and after the Merger, as such may be modified in accordance with the Merger Agreement or as provided herein.
