Transitional Services Agreement

Transitional Services Agreement. An agreement in a form to be agreed between the Seller and the Buyer to provide, inter alia, for the matters described in Schedule 4 PROVIDED THAT the provisions set out at paragraphs 1.1 and 1.2 of Schedule 4 shall be reflected in those precise terms in such agreement and shall not be open for re-negotiation after the date of this Agreement
