Transportation Service

Transportation Service. Shall mean a service under which Nicor Gas receives gas delivered to Nicor Gas for the account of Elwood Energy at a Receipt Point, causes the gas to be transported via Peoples Gas' pipeline facilities to the Delivery Point, and redelivers the gas to Elwood Energy at the Delivery Point.
