TRC Licensed Technology. Means (i) the safety circuit technology described in attached Exhibit A; (ii) TRC Innovations; (iii) TRC Patents; and (iv) know-how related to, or useful for, the use of all or part of the technology described in (i), (ii), and (iii) herein, in Household Kitchen Appliances.
