Treasury Regulation

Treasury Regulation. Means the regulations issued under the Code

Treasury Regulation. A Treasury regulation promulgated under the Code.

Treasury Regulation. The Income Tax regulations, including temporary regulations, promulgated under the Code; as such regulations may be amended from time to time (including corresponding provisions of succeeding regulations)

Treasury Regulation. 26 C.F.R., the regulations promulgated under the Code

Treasury Regulation. The Treasury regulations of the Code. Any reference to a provision in a Treasury regulation includes any successor provision thereto

Treasury Regulation. Means the regulations promulgated under the Code, by the United States Department of the Treasury, as such regulations may be amended from time to time. All references herein to specific sections of the regulations shall be deemed also to refer to any corresponding provisions of succeeding regulations, and any reference to temporary regulations shall be deemed also to refer to any corresponding provisions of final regulations

Treasury Regulation. The regulations promulgated under the Code. Any reference in this Agreement to a Treasury Regulation shall include such regulation as amended from time to time and shall be deemed to incorporate herein the full text of such regulation.
