Example Definitions of "Treasury Regulations"
Treasury Regulations. Shall mean the income tax regulations promulgated under the Code applicable to the taxable year in question.
Treasury Regulations. Shall mean the Treasury Regulations promulgated under the Code.
Treasury Regulations. Means temporary or final United States Treasury regulations.
Treasury Regulations. Means any regulations promulgated by the Department of Treasury and/or Internal Revenue Service under the Code. 14 Exhibit 10.1
Treasury Regulations. Means the rules and regulations in effect from time to time under the Code.
Treasury Regulations. Shall include proposed, temporary and final regulations promulgated under the Code in effect as of the date of this Agreement and the corresponding sections of any regulations subsequently issued that amend or supersede such regulations.
Treasury Regulations. Shall mean the regulations prescribed under the Code.
Treasury Regulations. "Treasury Regulations(s)" shall mean the regulations promulgated by the Treasury Department under the Code. Other terms may be defined in sections of this Agreement where such terms are used.
Treasury Regulations. Mean the final, temporary or proposed regulations issued by the Treasury Department and/or Internal Revenue Service as codified in Title 26 of the United States Code of Federal Regulations. Any references made in the Plan to specific Treasury Regulations shall also refer to any successor or replacement regulations thereto.
Treasury Regulations. Means the income tax regulations, including temporary regulations, promulgated under the Code, as such regulations may be amended from time to time.
