Treasury Regulations. Means the regulations (to the extent not superseded, overruled or repealed) promulgated by the Department of Treasury under the Code.
Treasury Regulations. The Department of the Treasury regulations at 26 CFR (pertaining to the Code).
Treasury Regulations. The Federal tax regulations promulgated by the United States Department of Treasury
