Trial Development Plan

Trial Development Plan. Means the written plan, the initial representative outline of which is attached as Exhibit A, established pursuant to Section 3.3 providing, as updated by mutual agreement of the Parties from time to time, for development of the Existing Assays into Commercial Products for use as companion diagnostics with Tocagen Products in the Field, which plan shall include a protocol for the performance of the Clinical Assays by Siemens in connection with the Tocagen Trials.
