Example Definitions of "Trigger Date"
Trigger Date. Means, in the event that, and to the extent that, the Company is unable to register the Registrable Securities underlying the Greenshoe Rights, each day that Registrable Securities in respect of a Greenshoe Right are not registered pursuant to Section 2.4 of the Purchase Agreement.
Trigger Date. As defined in Section 2(a) hereof. 5 Underwritten Offering: A sale of securities of the Company to an underwriter or underwriters for reoffering to the public.
