Example Definitions of "Trigger Event"
Trigger Event. Means either (i) the occurrence of a Change in Control with respect to the Company during the Agreement Term and while Executive is employed by the Company or (ii) a the occurrence of both (A) a Covered Termination of Executive's employment and (B) a Change in Control with respect to the Company which occurs after, but not more than 180 days after, such Covered Termination.
Trigger Event. The occurrence of any of a Change of Control, Mill Operations Event or a Downstream Operations Event.
Trigger Event. Shall mean the earlier to occur of the following: (i) a "change of control" of the Company as defined under Section 382 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or (ii) the Shares are traded on any stock exchange, market or trading facility on which the Shares are traded at a minimum price of $8.00 per Share.
