Triggering Event Cure. Means, with respect to any Triggering Event, that: (a) In the case of a Triggering Event related to a Critical Contract, that Critical Contract has been reinstated, restored, continued, replaced, or otherwise modified to the reasonable satisfaction of Agent under terms and conditions that cannot reasonably be expected to materially reduce the revenues derived from therefrom; (b) In the case of a Cross-Guaranty or Cross-Pledge, that Cross-Guaranty or Cross-Pledge is unconditionally waived,... released, or discharged without any payment of consideration by Guarantor; or (c) In the case of a Permitted Affiliate Advance, such Permitted Affiliate Advance is repaid in full.
