TriMas Plan. The TriMas Corporation 2011 Omnibus Incentive Compensation Plan, as amended, or any similar or predecessor plan sponsored by TriMas or any of its Subsidiaries, as applicable, under which any awards remain outstanding as of the date immediately prior to the Distribution Date, including, but not limited to, the TriMas Corporation 2006 Long Term Equity Incentive Plan (as of March 26, 2010) and the TriMas Corporation 2002 Long Term Equity Incentive Plan, as amended.
