Trio Code

Trio Code. Shall mean all Source Code, Object Code, Technology and Intellectual Property Rights for Trio including: (i) as currently released, (ii) all previously released versions prior to the date that Support.com exercises the Option to Purchase, (iii) Trio in the form in which it is integrated with the Microsoft PC Health client software as of the date that Support.com exercises the Option to Purchase, and (iv) all New Versions and Upgrades.
