TriYumf Asset. Means the source code and object code for certain back of house software developed by Tricon as more specifically described in Appendix 1 hereto and all right, title and interest, including without - ---------- limitation, all Intellectual Property Rights, associated with the source and object code, but specifically excluding: i) the SCA Utilities and any Intellectual Property Rights therein and ii) any Raw Business Process Information and any Intellectual Property Rights therein.
