Example Definitions of "Trust Account"
Trust Account. The trust account into which a portion of the net proceeds of the Public Offering, a portion of the proceeds of the sale of the Private Placement Units shall be deposited and the $5,000,000 (or up to $5,750,000 if the Underwriters' option to purchase additional units in connection with the Company's initial public offering is exercised in full) loan from the Sponsor to the Company
