Trust Agreement

Trust Agreement. The Trust Agreement entered into by and between the Company and the Trustee, as may be amended from time to time

Trust Agreement. The agreement(s) between the Company and the Trustee regarding an Award granted under this Plan, as in effect from time to time. Unless the context expressly requires the contrary, references in the Plan to (a) the term "Section" refers to the sections of the Plan, and (b) the word "including" means "including (without limitation)"

Trust Agreement. The Agreement and Declaration of Trust of the Trust, as amended from time to time.

Trust Agreement. That certain trust agreement(s) entered into by the Company and the Trustee with respect to the Trust.

Trust Agreement. The "USW/Crucible Retirees Health and Welfare Trust Agreement"

Trust Agreement. Shall mean the Third Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, dated as of March 14, 2006, between the Bank, as Transferor, and Wilmington Trust Company, as Owner Trustee, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified.

Trust Agreement. Means a definitive agreement entered into among Licensee, Licensor and certain other parties that, among other things, establishes a Licensed Product and sets forth the respective roles and responsibilities of Licensee and Licensor with respect to such Licensed Product.

Trust Agreement. Has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

Trust Agreement. A written agreement between the Company and the Trustee, which sets forth the terms and conditions of the trust and is in accordance with the provisions of Section 102

Trust Agreement. The agreement to be signed between the Company, an Employer and the Trustee for the purposes of Section 102.
