Example Definitions of "Trust Assets"
Trust Assets. Shall mean all assets, whether tangible or intangible and whether real, personal or mixed (including, without limitation, all special units of beneficial interest and -5- other interests in any Trust), at any time owned by the Pledgor in respect of any Trust Beneficial Interests.
