Example Definitions of "Trust Fund"
Trust Fund. Means the segregated trust account established by Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, as trustee, to hold a portion of the net proceeds of the IPO for the benefit of the Company's Class B stockholders as more fully described in the Prospectus.
