TrustControlled Entity

TrustControlled Entity. Means (a) any entity that is controlled, directly or indirectly, by the Trust or any of its trustees (such entities including, without limitation, Cascade) and (b) any publicly traded entity in which the Trust or any of its trustees holds, directly or indirectly, five percent (5%) or more of the voting interest in such entity.
