Trustee Incremental Expenses

Trustee Incremental Expenses. Reasonable and documented third party fees and expenses (including, without limitation, attorney or other professional fees and expenses) actually incurred by the Trustee in connection with the negotiation, preparation, execution and performance of this Agreement, including without limitation the establishment and accounting for withholding and disbursing funds in accordance with Section 3 hereof.
