Trustee Makes No Representation. The Trustee has entered into the Supplemental Indenture solely upon request of the Issuer and assumes no obligations hereunder. The Trustee makes no representation as to the validity or sufficiency of this Supplemental Indenture. The recitals of fact contained herein shall be treated as statements of the other parties hereto and not the Trustee.
