Example Definitions of "Trustee"
Trustee. Any Person holding Assets in trust for and on behalf of any one or more of the Credit Parties
Trustee. A trustee appointed by the Administrator and approved by the ITA in accordance with Section 102, to hold in Trust for the benefit of a Holder Awards or Shares, issued pursuant to an Award, or any Rights thereof.
