Trustee

Trustee. Shall mean LaSalle Bank National Association, a national banking association, as trustee under the Trust Agreement, or any successor trustee selected and appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Agreement.

Trustee. Shall mean State Street Bank and Trust Company of Connecticut, National Association, not in its individual capacity except as expressly set forth in the Pass Through Trust Agreement, but solely as Trustee under the Pass Through Trust Agreement, together with any successor Trustee under the terms of the Pass Through Trust Agreement.

Trustee. The individual(s) or corporate trustee appointed as trustee under the Trust Agreement.

Trustee. The certain Trust Agreement (the "Trust Agreement") dated as of May, 15 1998 by and between the Issuer and NBD BANK N.A., as trustee (the "Trustee")

Trustee. Shall mean JPMorgan Chase Bank, or any successor thereto under the P&S Agreement.

Trustee. Has the meaning assigned such term in the recitals hereto.

Trustee. The trustee of any trust which holds assets for the payment of the benefits provided by the Plan.

Trustee. Means the Person named as the "Trustee" in the first paragraph of this instrument until a successor Trustee shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Indenture, and thereafter "Trustee" shall mean such successor Trustee.

Trustee. Shall mean the trustee with respect to the New Bonds and the Exchange Bonds under the Indenture.

Trustee. Shall mean U.S. Bank National Association, the trustee with respect to the Notes under the Indenture, and any successor thereto with respect to the Notes.
