Example Definitions of "Trustee"
Trustee. Shall mean the entity then acting as Trustee under the Trust Agreement.
Trustee. The term "Trustee" shall mean (i) with respect to any series of Debt Securities other than any Designated Series, The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., and, subject to the provisions of Article Seven, shall also include its successors and assigns, and (ii) with respect to any Designated Series, the Separate Trustee.
Trustee. The trustee of the Trust.
