Example Definitions of "TSR"
TSR. Means total shareholder return as determined by dividing (i) the sum of (A) the Ending Period Average Price minus the Beginning Period Average Price plus (B) all dividends and other distributions paid on the company's shares during the applicable period by (ii) the Beginning Period Average Price, in each case adjusted for stock splits and other changes in capital structure. In calculating TSR, all dividends are assumed to have been reinvested in shares on the ex-dividend date. TSR. Means the total return of the Common Stock over a given period, including price appreciation and the reinvestment of dividends. Data to determine TSR shall be sourced through a reliable third-party provider of financial data to be selected by the Committee. Other capitalized terms used herein, but not defined, shall have the meanings attributed to such terms in the Plan.
