TVN Affiliate Agreement
TVN Affiliate Agreement. Means the agreement between TVN and an Operator pursuant to which TVN delivers VOD programming to the Operator, and the Operator makes such VOD programming available to its VOD Enabled Subscribers via its VOD Servers.
