TVN System

TVN System. Means a Distribution System which is (i) owned or operated by a cable, local exchange carrier (LEC) or long distance carrier of telephony and/or telecommunications services (including, without limitation, [***]), a company providing video programming via internet protocol, and/or a DBS Operator, (ii) located or operating in the Territory, and (iii) served by a VOD receive site(s) where the TVN Equipment is deployed.
