Tweeds Licensing Agreement
Tweeds Licensing Agreement. Shall mean the License-to-Purchase Agreement, dated as of April 18, 2005, between Silhouettes LLC and Tweeds Licensee, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
