Type A Capital Event

Type A Capital Event. Means any issuance or sale of equity securities of junior debt securities or instruments, on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Agent and the Required Banks, that shall result in a payment in cash to the Banks in an amount of not less than $1,000,000.
