TZP COMPOUND

TZP COMPOUND. Means any compound within the scope of one or more of the following clauses (i) or (ii): (i) any compound within the scope of any claim, as published 23 November 2000, of PCT publication No. WO 00/69861, and any Derivative thereof; or (ii) any compound provided by Dynavax pursuant to this Agreement, and any Derivative thereof.
