UAR
            UAR. Of "Unit Appreciation Right" means an Award that, upon exercise, entitles the holder to receive, in cash or Units in the discretion of the Committee, the excess of the Fair Market Value of a Unit on the exercise date over the exercise price established for such Unit Appreciation Right.
                    
    
                            
                    
            
            UAR. The right, granted under Section 6, to be paid an amount measured by the difference between the exercise price of the right and the Fair Market Value of Units on the date of exercise of the right, with payment to be made in cash, Units, or property as specified in the Award or determined by the Board.
